1. Order Cancellations & Refunds:

Want to cancel your little one’s order?

We’ll be able to help out only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please email us on care@xylife.com or reach us on + 91 9327827058. In case of unshipped orders, the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days of the request

Please return your product(s) in its original packaging with all the freebies and with the original receipt

Cancellation post shipping:

Please be sweet and don’t cancel on us last minute. We will not be able to accept cancellations once the product has been shipped.

International orders:

International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If cancelled before shipping, your refund will be processed post deduction of applicable banking charges

2. Discount Benefits:

We hope you enjoyed the discounts we sent your way.

However, please note that discount benefits are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

In case you’ve used a discount benefit at the time of payment and you’ve to cancel your order for any reason, it will not be reusable.

3. Wrong Products:

Received a wrong item/size/color? Ooops! We’re sure to double check before shipping your little one’s order. But in an unlikely event where you receive a wrong product, please reach out to us within 2 days of the delivery.

4. Missing Or Defective Products:

If some items are defective or missing from the shipment, please make a note at the time of delivery and contact our customer care team immediately at +91 9327827058 or drop an email at care@xyxlife.com. If defective/missing items are not addressed at the time of arrival, before the delivery personnel leaves, or you do not call our customer support to report this case within 2 days, your request for replacement for defective/missing items will be forfeited.

  • Size/color of the product purchased.
  • A picture of the product in the box in its original condition.
  • 5. After-use Damage:

    Our garments are carefully crafted to last long. But if you end up facing any wear and tear issues with your child’s garments, please feel free to reach out to us within 30 days of the delivery. We’d be able to offer a replacement as long as the product is in stock or alternatively we’ll issue you a refund for the price of the product. Please note the shipping fees will not be refunded.
