Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. ­RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We really hope our clothes fit your little one like a dream and you’re happy with what you’ve ordered. But in case the size doesn’t fit quite right or what you’ve received is not up to the mark, we’re here to help you: 

INNERWEAR:

We offer a 15 day ‘Try-Us First’ guarantee on innerwear.

Your little one’s first innerwear is on us. This includes boys innerwear such as briefs, trunks and inner vests as well as girls innerwear such as hipsters, bloomers, boyshorts, slips and spaghettis. Yes, you read that right!

  1. In case you’ve purchased a single innerwear and you’re not happy with it, we’ll exchange it for another product. We’ll have the product picked up and replaced for any size, print or colour issues. 
  2. In case you’ve bought a multi-pack, we request you to get your little one to try on only one piece from the pack. If it doesn't fit the way it should, you can have the entire pack sent back to us for an exchange. You’d have received a 'Used' sticker in your package which you can place on the innerwear your child tries on. We’ll have all the products in the multi-pack picked up and replaced for any size, print or colour issues. 

Please note this will be applicable for only 15 days, counting from the date of delivery of your child’s first innerwear.

Here’s how you go about this: 
Step 1: Get in touch with our customer support team. Email us on care@xylife.com or reach us on +91 9327827058 within 15 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Share your order details and request for an exchange or return. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 business days. We will initiate the exchange or replacement process only if the products are in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

OUTERWEAR:

Not happy with what you’re seeing or the way it fits your little one? Fret not, we’ve got your back. We’re happy to offer an exchange for another size or another style from any of our collections. In case this is not what you and your little one want, you can have the products returned to us.

Here’s how you go about this: 
Step 1: Get in touch with our customer support team. Email us on care@xylife.com or reach us on +91 9327827058 within 30 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Share your order details and request an exchange or return. Please share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 7 business days. We will initiate the exchange or return process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If we’re unable to process an exchange due to unavailability of the product for any reason, we’ll credit your money back to the source account from where the payment was made.

Refund Post Receipt Of Product:

 Your refund will be processed after the product passes a quality check at our warehouse. Please note, refunds are only eligible for the outerwear category. 

For pre-paid orders, the amount will be credited to the source account within 15 business days.

For Cash On Delivery orders, you will receive a refund link on your registered email/contact number, which can be filled from your end for a faster refund. The refunded amount will reflect in your account in 15 business days from the date of processing the same.

For international orders:
For any return/exchange, you’d be expected to bear the shipping cost.
Refund: In case of returns, the paid amount will be refunded excluding the delivery fee. In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, discounts and promo codes, the discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

We’ll be able to accept returns only for products purchased on this website. XY Life products bought from other stores/websites will not be accepted at our end. 

If we find that a customer is misusing the exchanges and refunds policy, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

WE WANT YOU AND YOUR LITTLE ONE TO BE HAPPY WITH OUR PRODUCTS BUT HERE’S THE THING…

We’ll be unable to offer you any exchange or alteration if:

  1. The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  2. The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories or if the original packaging is damaged.
  3. Defective products that are not covered under seller/manufacturer’s warranty.
  4. The request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery for innerwear and 30 business days of order delivery for outerwear.
  5. Please note: For select marketing campaigns or sale periods, special exchange/return rules may apply. Information regarding this is mentioned on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to get in touch with our customer care team.

Terms and conditions for returns and exchanges: 

We request you to hang on to your product until you get a confirmation from our customer care team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee we’ll be able to process your request. Once we receive the products, our quality control team will examine them for all defects or variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our quality control team that your return fulfills all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your exchange or return request. We will send you an email and SMS to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected. The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 15 business days. 

If your pincode is non serviceable for return pickup, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. Courier charges up to Rs.70 will be refunded to you. Customers are required to submit the shipping information/receipt by getting in touch with our customer care team.

An amount of ₹100 will be charged for any second-time returns or exchanges.
